Maintenance Engineer  

I. ROLES

Responsible in the implementation of planned activities of the maintenance section from organizing of needed materials, monitoring and controlling of subordinates function to assure efficiency of the machines in the manufacturing division.

II. ACCOUNTABILITY

• Machine Utilization
• Supervises machine set up at the start of machine operations
• To reduce machine downtime and meet the maximum machine capacity based on manufacturer’s standard.
• Ensure 100% running of all machines.
• Preventive & Corrective Maintenance
• Supervises the timely implementation of preventive maintenance schedule
• Supervises the implementation of corrective maintenance procedure and resolve within 24 hours upon report.
• Determines the required materials/tools for the maintenance program and ensures availability at the required time.
• Fabrication & General Repair
• Supervises the fabrication and machine shop works
• Ensure availability of fabricated machine spare parts.
• General Maintenance & other Special Projects
• Conducts operational system and procedure for plant and machine maintenance.
• In- charge of the building & facilities maintenance as may be needed by all plants/warehouse.
• Checking mechanical, architectural, civil and electrical works.
• Execute other special projects as directed by the Management.
• Leadership
• Conducts meeting to subordinates regarding assignments and planned activities for the day
• Monitors and checks activities of the subordinates against performance standard or plans
• Ensures adequate training and resources to all members of the department in relation to the performance of their duties.

• A degree in Engineering; Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, or equivalent.
• At least 3 years experience in the same capacity
• Strong analytical and planning skills;
• Good communication and presentation skills;
• Excellent problem-solving skills;
• Will be assigned in Meycauayan, Bulacan.
