Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Consult and handle all corporate legal processes
- Contribute in the planning and development of company policies and procedures, ensuring proper dissemination, implementation and compliance
- Develop company policy and position on legal issues
- Research, anticipate and guard company against legal risks
- Guide managers and ensure compliance with government rules and regulations
- Structure, draft and review reports and other legal documents
- Represent company in legal proceedings
- Provide workable solutions and recommendations
- Draft and administer all contracts and legal documents
- Negotiate deals and attend company meetings
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional License (Passed t Bar/Professional License Exam), Law or equivalent
- Knowledgeable in Philippine Corporate Laws, rules and regulations
- Must have an excellent judgment and negotiation skills
- At least 2 years working experience in Labor Law, Real Estate and Corporate Transactions
