Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Enter customer's transactions into computers to record transactions and issue computer-generated receipts.
- Compose, type, and mail clients statements and other correspondence related to issues such as discrepancies and outstanding unpaid items.
- Resolve problems or discrepancies concerning customers' accounts.
- Perform clerical tasks such as typing and filing
- Compute financial fees, interest, and service charges.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Well rounded with general payroll knowledge and skill sets.
- Candidate should possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, HR or equivalent.
- With at least 1 year of experience.
- With intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills.
- Experience in any Accounting Software (Quickbooks online) is an advantage.
- Can work under time pressure.
