Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Collects time data such as entries from biometrics, official business forms, leave forms and overtime forms, etc.
- Calculate the employees time worked and absences ensures the completeness of attendance summary on every payroll cut-off.
- Responsible for tardiness and absences and endorses the lists of employees due for disciplinary action to the HR Manager.
- Monitors and update leave credits of employees, provide monthly summary report of leave credits to HR Manager.
- Provides assistance to recruitment on assisting the new hires and applicants.
- Administers company benefits and goverment mandated benefits (SSS, Philhealth and Pagibig).
- Processes government benefits such as SSS, Philhealth, Pagibig and TIN Application.
- Efficiently files and safekeeps all timekeeping, benefits and admin documents.
- Provides administrative support.
- Performs other duties as may be required by the immediate superior.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
- Must be a Registered Nurse (RN).
- With at least 1 year experience in Timekeeping and Admin.
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Amenable to work in Ortigas Extension, Taytay, Rizal
- Can start ASAP.
