- Manage the recruitment and selection process.
- Conduct orientation.
- Process and update employee movement and ensure approval.
- Prepare reports such as Timekeeping and processing benefit claims.
- Assist in the preparation, updating and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
- Assist in identifying training requirements.
