The Principal is in charge of planning, development, implementation and evaluation fo Curricular and Extra-curricular programs of the Department in line with school values and goals. The Principal is the instructional leader of the Department, ensuring high level of student achievement and holistic formation according to expected learning results.
The successful hire is expected to:
- Be globally-minded, helping teachers and students see beyond themselves to better understand the world.
- Work collaboratively in a cross-cultural school environment.
- Mentor teachers to use differentiation in assessment and teaching for student success.
- Develop personal and professional growth.
- Contribute to a warm, nurturing and big-hearted school culture.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must possess at least a Master's Degree in Education.
- Candidates at doctorate-level and/or with international experience or qualification to teach have an advantage.
- Must be a professional educator with a good track record
- At least 5 years of teaching experience in Education.
- At least 10 years of leadership or supervisory experience in education
- Ability to manage a team, with a warm personality and a flexible attitude
- Must be smart, organized and efficient
- Excellent competency in English is a must.
- With high moral and work ethic
- Applicants must be available, and willing to work full-time in Pasig City, Philippines by March 2021 or earlier.
