What you'll do:
Coaching
- Facilitates individualized coaching programs for tutors with poor performance
- Provides the necessary support and guidance to endorsed tutors undergoing coaching
Training
- Creates quality learning materials, courses, and programs as instructed Conducts learning sessions as needed
- Tracks the status of tutor applicants in the recruitment process.
- Reviews and evaluates performance-based tests to check effectiveness of learning
Other tasks/projects with may be assigned.
Kualifikasi Minimum
What we'd like you to have:
- Graduate of any 4-year course, preferably Education
- With at least 1 - 2 years of work experience in teaching
- Excellent command in English language (Written and Oral)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Not required, but very useful:
- Teaching certification (e.g. TESOL, LET, etc.)
Note: Please be advised that this is a Full-Time Office-Based position. This will temporarily be on a work-from-home setup, but will resume normal office operations once the pandemic eases. The assessment and interviews will be done purely online.
