Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Source and interview top technical talent positions (iOS, Android, Java, Python, QA, PM, Data, UI/UX) and non-technical talent positions (marketing, BD, Ops)
- Maintain live pipeline of top talents from job sites such as JobStreet, Kalibrr, etc and recruitment agencies
- Build relationships with top talents through participating in regular tech meet ups and events
- Promote Ajaib to become a top place to work in for technical talent
- Manage HR policies, procedures and office culture building
- Handle people-related topics in office
- Coordinate management training in interviewing, hiring, promotions, performance review and safety
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
Kualifikasi Minimum
- 5+ years of recruitment experience for technical roles or HR in past startup/fintech
- Bachelor's degree from a top university
- Experience in Native Android, iOS, Java, Python, Django, PM is a plus
- Willingness to learn and keep yourself updated in new skills
- Ability to work fast, lead, and collaborate in teams in an evolving environment
