Deskripsi Pekerjaan
As a Human Resources (HR) staff you are responsible in handling staff and talent contracts and payroll. You are also responsible for keeping track of attendance, scheduling, paid leaves, bonuses, and penalties. It is important that you are discrete and professional.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Adequate knowledge in Staff Employment Contracts/Law
- Basic understanding in Finance/Accounting/Payroll
- Fluent in English is a strong plus
- Must be able to be discrete and professional
- Strong organizing and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
