Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Supervise the general activities of the HR Team
- Ensure recruitment and personnel administration by candidates sourcing, recruit, cooperate with line managers to schedule the interview and selection candidates to get the right person for all vacancies in a timely manner
- Prepare and maintain all HR information, records and reports accurately
- Provide support to the business throughout the employee lifecycle (onboarding, transfers, promotion, and offboarding)
- Cover the HR administratives tasks
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Good command of English (written and speaking)
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree
- At least 3 Years (s) of working experience in HR supervisor/HR manager position
- Experienced in the digital industry is a plus
- Familiar with the modern recruitment process
- Supervisory ability to drive the organization’s HR
- Comfortable working in a high paced environment
- Experienced in HR matters such as BPJS, working agreement, attendance, IR, C&B, people development
- Attitude "can do” and self-motivated.
- Agree to work at the office (with health protocol)
