Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Prepare, analize, and build training program
- Plan and support the training implementation process
- Carry out training in accordance with the specified methods and techniques
- Monitoring the entire training administration process
- Plan and deliver the results of the annual employee training, and evaluate the training that has been carried out
- Conduct research on training
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor degree in psychology, education, or related fields
- Minimum 2 years experience in Learning and Development position
- Have skills in Training Need Analysis (TNA)
- Familiar with various training methods such as workshops, on-the-job training, mentoring, and coaching
- Good communication and presentation skill
- Have experience in design and running training
