Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Create, develop and maintain organization designs
- Analyze man power planning (MPP)
- Design and define job positions, job values, job competencies
- Maintain and forecast productivity analysis
- Execute change management within the organization
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor degree of Engineering, Management, Psychology, or Business Administration from reputable universities;
- Min. GPA of 3.00
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
