Job Summary
The Motorized Property Scout is responsible for scouting and looking for qualified properties for rent and for sale around whole Greater Metro Manila. He will be the one to assist and help the Business Development Department in achieving their goals and objectives.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Find and qualify properties for rent or sale
- Gather contact information
- Take photos of properties
- Write down property descriptions
- Prepare necessary reports
- Perform other tasks as required by Supervisor
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Must be familiar with major and secondary roads of Metro Manila and nearby provinces
- At least 2 years of experience as a messenger or taxi driver
- Good communication skills
- Must have a pleasing personality and must be presentable
- Good interpersonal skills, team player, fast learner, hardworking and detail-oriented
- Can work under minimum to no supervision at all
REQUIREMENTS
- Valid Driver’s License. Restriction Code 1
- Has own motorcycle
- Has OR & CR under his name
- Has his own smartphone with high resolution of camera
