The Toll Mill Quality Assurance Representative is responsible for effective and efficient quality assurance and control of feeds production at toll mill site.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensures that in-process feeds conform to the specifications in every process.
- Ensures that production parameters conform to the agreed standards.
- Conducts in-process quality inspection, testing, measurement and monitoring from batching to bagging process then checks result if within specification.
- Intercepts non-conformance and reports findings to Tollmill representative for process adjustments and/or product segregation.
- Submits quality assurance report of every run.
- Keeps records of quality assurance result.
Other Duties
- Performs other tasks as may be directed by immediate superior.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT:
- A graduate of any Bachelor’s degree course
- WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Preferably at least one (1) year experience on Manufacturing or Quality Assurance in feeds or any similar industry.
