Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Compliance with requirements of regulatory agencies (SEC, HLURB, NWRB, DOLE, BIR)
- Liaises with government agencies on licenses, permits, taxes.
- Corporate housekeeping of all condominium corporations, negotiations with problem unit owners.
- Drafts and reviews Contracts and other legal documents.
- Renders opinions on legal matters to all departments.
- Conducts legal audit of all existing and current contracts, forms, documents in use in the day to day business of the corporation such as contract to sell, agreements, to ensure that the same are complaints with law and corporation’s interests are protected
- Assists the legal counsel in the creation of a database of relevant/applicable laws and jurisprudence for dissemination to appropriate departments.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field
- Must be a Licensed Attorney
- At least 5 years work experience in the practice of Law
- At least 2 years experience in Corporate Law and Real Estate
- Experience in Real Estate transactions and land registration cases & tax is an advantage
- Must be a team player, Hardworking, Analytical, Assertive, Results-oriented
- Can work under minimum supervision, Keen on details
