The Learning & Organizational Development Specialist will be involved in the following aspects:
- Competency-mapping and Curriculum Development
- Learning Management and Leadership Development
- Performance Management
- Organizational Development
- Policy Management
- Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding
Kualifikasi Minimum
- College graduate; preferably a graduate of Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resource Management, or any related course
- With at least three (3) years of work-related experience in Learning and Organizational Development, or an HR Generalist in a multinational or large conglomerate
- Has the ability to deal with different types of personalities, is approachable, patient, resourceful, and willingness to learn more
- Possesses above average presentation skills and excellent communication skills
