Recruitment and Sourcing Manager  

ABOUT THE JOB

We are looking for a strong-willed, hardworking yet fun individual looking to be part of a multinational and evergrowing team who services the top start-ups in Manila! As a Recruitment and Sourcing Manager, you will not just be recruiting new employees, but you will be part of the pioneering team who will be creating the foundations of a sustainable and productive recruitment team for Penbrothers! You will be working closely with Top Management, fellow HR professionals and a core team of passionate people!

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Your main task is to link clients with TOP talent
• Establish minimum standards and processes for recruitment
• Create talent sourcing plans for specific roles
• Create marketing plans to attract the right people
• Post creative and attractive job advertisements on job search websites
• Schedule and organize interviews with suitable candidates
• Prepare necessary documents, job description, screen tests and interview questions for the organization
• Communicate requirements and duties to prospective candidates
• Maintain good relationship with all candidates, employees and clients
• Hop from one event to another to build our database of talent
• Onboard new employees in cooperation with HR Adminstration
• Maintain the internal CV database

• A degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management or Business Administration is a plus!
• Experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition and Sourcing or similar roles is a plus!
• Has excellent communication and is a good judge of character
• Wants to work in a dynamic, fun and growing start up
• Loves challenges and can work under pressure
