Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Delivers the course utilizing the approved course packages ensuring defined learning objectives are attained.
- Develops and/or improves course packages, in areas of expertise, in cooperation with the President
- Provide academic consultations and counseling to students
- Delivers the course and conducts an assessment in compliance with external and internal statutory/ regulatory bodies
- Conducts relevant research works in his/her field of expertise that will support the scholarship of discovery in the Academy
- Employ classroom management to ensure completion of course delivery within the allocated timeframe
- Performs the function of assessors in accordance to the established procedure
- Participates to community extension activities initiated by the Academy
- Escalates major issues and concerns to Immediate Superior for appropriate action
- Develop practical simulator, hands-on or laboratory exercises
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Experience in teaching and facilitation
- Experience in curriculum design
- Experience in program development
