Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Conducts job posting through various recruitment channels.
- Schedules potential applicants for the interview process
- Administers exams and conducts an initial interview with shortlisted applicants.
- Background checks potential applicants.
- Issues of the employment contract to successful applicants.
- Creates an applicant pool for future reference.
- Prepares on-boarding checklist prior official deployment of the involved department.
- Orients new employees on company by-laws, vision and mission and core values
- Checks quality training of the involved department given to new entrants
- Planning & Execution of Company Events
- Manage 201 Files
- EMployee Relations
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate of Psychology, Human Resources or any related
- With at least 1 year of experience in end-to-end recruitment
- With a background in real estate is an advantage
- Adept knowledge in Microsoft applications
- With a background in handling events/company-related activities is an advantage
- Can work under pressure
