Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Supervises and assigns the work maintenance employees.
- Inspects work for completeness.
- Determines materials, equipment and supplies to be used.
- Transfers equipment and personnel from one project to another as necessary.
- Keeps time cards and routine records.
- Coordinates or installs, inspects, repairs and maintains the electrical, plumbing, mechanical and other related department locations.
- Does general repairs.
- Meet and deal tactfully and courteously with fellow employees and vendors/ contractors.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- At least Bachelor's/ College degree in Engineering (ECE, EE, Com Eng) or its equivalent.
- At least 2-3 years of relevant experience with 2 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing of custom made furniture.
- Strong technical and hands-on knowledge in facilities management.
- Good communication skills.
- Leadership ability.
- Can work under pressure.
- Has a positive attitude towards work.
