Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Updates and maintains the job ranking list – timekeeping report for payroll purposes.
- Review and recommends and propose for improvements of company initiated benefits, which includes HMO, insurance, medical and optical reimbursements etc.
- Plan, organize, implement the employees' activities; summer outing, sports fest, Christmas party, etc.
- Prepares, updates, issues, and checks the completeness and ratings of the accomplished employees' performance appraisal forms.
- Participates in the hearing of administrative cases and prepares a recommendation. And issues decision to employees concerned.
- Prepares, updates, issues, and checks the completeness and ratings of the accomplished employees' performance appraisal forms.
- Prepares and updates the job description and KRAs of employees.
- Updates and maintains the 201 files of employees.
- Prepares certifications of employment and clearance.
- Prepares Job Offer and Employment Contract.
- Reviews and monitor of Contracts that are due for evaluation and for PAN preparation.
- Acts as the Records Administrator of HR.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Preferably with 10-years work experience in the HR field;
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
