Investment Contracts Analyst | Baguio  

Offshore Concept Consulting’s Investment Analysis and Review Training Program is a 3-year program designed to prepare, train, and mentor high performing individuals for opportunities in venture capital fundraising and other investment-focus roles.

As part of the investment review and analysis team, you will be trained and get exposed to reviewing hundreds of investment contracts (mostly related to Silicon Valley fundraising). You will also be provided immersion on all things related to private equity, a very attractive position for someone who has plans on going into investment banking, corporate law or venture firms.

Could you be who we are looking for?

This role requires that you possess a passion for continuous learning. Natural curiosity for how things work is a must. You should have a good grasp of structure and strong desire to develop great organizational skills because, hey, you've got to know how to prioritize right? We love that you are confident but if that needs a bit of polishing, we can help you develop the right confidence that is required for success.

And oh, you need to possess adequate knowledge of how finance works. We can polish rough diamonds but we cannot do magic!
