Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Prepare and review legal documents especially service contracts
- Conduct legal researches and render legal opinions
- Meet with clients and undertake field work
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must be Bachelor’s Degree with additional certification in Paralegal Studies
- A member of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines
- Should possess a thorough knowledge of the legal procedures and should keep self-updated with the current developments
- Should have persuasive communication skills that will help in building trust and broadening the client base
- Has excellent communication skills both oral and written, and should have legal writing skills
- Familiar with Foreign Investment Act, Corporation Code and Labor Law
