Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Ensure that the R&D Standard is being adhered to, procedures followed and records are being maintained
- Develop and research on technologies and products which would help drive innovation requirements
- Conduct raw material ingredient evaluations for quality and cost effectiveness (particularly potential substitute/equivalent ingredients
- Ensure that products developed and raw materials used for such products conform to the legal, statutory and religious requirements and meet customer standards
- Ensure that company documents and intellectual property are secured at all times and that company security and confidentiality agreements are adhered to
- Document all product and process development in accordance with R&D Standards
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in Food Technology
- Must have 1-2 years relevant R&D experience
- Able to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment
- Able to effectively work and communicate with co-employees
- Computer Proficient (MS Applications)
