The Power, Control and Information System Lead Process control engineers design and monitor the quality, safety, and efficiency of control systems in manufacturing plants. The PCIS Lead identifies shortcomings in that processes that can be converted to automation. Together with the Production and Process Mechanical Lead will drive AM/PM program across MNC process equipment and machines. The PCIS Lead will drive continuous improvement in the electrical and control system aspect to improve processes and cut costs.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate of Electrical/Electronics Engineering Course
- Strong Leadership skill up and down the organization
- Sound Influencing skills in driving TPM (Total Productive Maintenance)
- Can teach and communicate with Management and Technician
- Strong capability in Systems Development and Implementation
- Strong cause-effect analytical abilities to solve problems
- Power Systems Qualifies up to 600 Volts minimum
- Experienced on Controls Logic – hard-wiring and PLC/Programs
- Advance Capability on Use of Specialized Power and Control Tools
- Knowledgeable on IoT
