Warranty Specialist  

Administers and maintains warranty registrations, claims, and records within Caterpillar and Allied products warranty guidelines with the objective of providing support to Service and Sales for the fulfillment of the company’s service obligations to its clients and customers and to replenish dealer expense acquired during the warranty period. Handles minor technical inquiries and issues as directed.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Nurtures healthy business relationships and regularly communicates with customers in order to ensure continued customer satisfaction.
• Maintains proper tagging and storage of identified warranty failed iron to ensure prompt response to Parts Return Request (PRR) from the principal. Conducts regular disposal of failed iron and maintain records as required.
• Coordinates with Tool Room Supervisor and administers Tools Warranty in order to ensure tool requirements are met and repairs are completed correctly, promptly and safely.

• Graduate of any Engineering course;

• With three to four (3-4) years’ related work experience in Heavy Equipment/Gen Set services;

• Strong analytical and planning skills, good communication & presentation skills and excellent problem-solving skills;
