Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Managing all newly acquired merchants via online communication channels
Ensuring good product adoption throughout the merchant life cycle
Help to answer inquiries, troubleshooting, and coordinating with other departments to raise any additional concerns
Constantly look-up on merchant health core to identify potential medium/high-risk merchants
Provide consultation to help merchants overcome business challenges

Kualifikasi Minimum

Min 1 - 2 years of relevant work experience, experience in customer support / customer success is a plus
Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university
Proficiency in MS Office, esp Microsoft Excel
