Cadet Engineer  

• Assists in preparing the request to be estimated by gathering proposals or request for costing plans (floor plans and elevations) and related documents
• Identifies labor, material and time requirements by studying proposals, plans and related documents
• Presents prepared estimate by assembling and displaying numerical and descriptive information
• Maintain cost data by entering and backing up data
• Provide assistance in all facets of entire operations of facilities and maintenance department
• Assist the immediate superior in the bidding and execution of civil works of on-going and proposed project
• Assist and coordinate with facilities and maintenance team in performing their assigned responsibilities efficiently. Coordinate conflict with the design and/or actual work
• Assist in the review project bids or proposals / plans and recommend any corrections if needed
• Assist immediate superior in project execution and delivery within approved timeline and budget

• Engineering Graduate: Mechanical and Electrical Engineers
• Preferably with at least 1 year experience
• Strong analytical and planning skills
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Daily tasks include daily accomplishment of the project, FMD reports and plant monitoring
• Proficient in CAD Application and MS Office
• Willing to work on Saturdays
