Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Develops, create and deploy end to end recruitment strategy to support company’s project requisition on match and talented manpower;
- Manage and implement day to day daily activity that related to operational of Employee.
- Act as a role model of the Company, responsible for the corporate branding and keep the positive image on Company’s brand;
- Develop good and conducive culture for employee to work.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Male or Female 21 - 25 yo.
- Bachelor Degree in Psychology/Human Resources Develoment or any related filed.
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
- Have an experience as Human Resources will be a plus point
- Extrovert
- Good Communication skill
