Corporate Culture Manager  

Job Responsibilities:

• Execute and update corporate culture according to the company's development vision and core values, comprehensively promote the construction work of the corporate culture system, formulate, construct, and implement the corporate culture system
• Organize and carry out the daily promotion, publicizing, and implementation of the corporate culture, plan various corporate culture promotion activities and implement, ensure employees learn company values, management concepts, and code of conduct regularly,
• Responsible for daily corporate culture publicity's copywriting, various festival publicity, and daily culture program's email writing and formatting, operation of the company's public account, and maintenance of the false statement on the internet.
• Responsible for organizing the design and implementation of daily culture materials, including culture wall, peripheral design, etc.
• Responsible for the overall conception, organization, and implementation of large-scale activities of the company's corporate culture and review work after the activity, such as company quarter meetings, holiday activities, annual meetings, etc.
• Inspect and supervise the construction work of corporate culture regularly, put forward revision suggestions for imperfections, and make revisions in a timely manner
• Other tasks assigned by superiors

• Bachelor's degree and above, major in Human resources, Psychology. Business Administration related majors are preferred
• At least 3 years of experience in Internet corporate culture construction and event hosting, successful implementation of corporate culture construction cases, and other related work experience in human resources;
• Fluent in English, good writing and language skills, skilled use of office software and office automation equipment;
• Wide range of knowledge, clear thinking, excellent logical thinking ability, communication ability, innovation ability, high comprehension;
• Good image, good temperament, friendly, dedicated, rigorous, and responsible, good professional ethics, and team spirit.
