Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Responsible for building the relevant systems, policies, and procedures of the training system.
- Responsible for the specific implementation and execution of training work.
- Develop training courses and track, evaluate, analyze, and summarize the training effect.
- Establish a training system for employee job skills and ability improvement, and establish employee training files.
- Organize the collection, screening, compilation, and production of various training materials and materials, and establish the company's training database.
- Responsible for developing and writing professional course teaching plans, able to independently write course teaching handouts (digital documents).
- Responsible for the publicity and promotion of corporate culture concepts (shaping, maintenance, development, and dissemination).
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's Degree and above
- Familiar with the six major modules of human resources, and have sufficient insights into corporate training
- Have the same work experience for more than two years.
- Fluency in English can be used as a working language
