Responsibilities:
- Once fully integrated in a team, you will be in charge of answering to the mapping requests from our customers around the world.
- To do this, you collect and solve customer requests by analyzing the problems encountered, using internal tools.
- You are responsible that the data collected with our providers matches our internal company data.
- You will communicate with our technical partner (through email in business english) to solve the problems encountered. You must escalate internally the anomalies/ bugs to our software development teams.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Are comfortable with our computer tool in general,
- Are rigorous and have a sense of detail
- Master English language since you will collaborate with our offices around Europe and to interact with a multicultural team.
