- Acts as an employee champion and change agent by serving as a single point of contact of internal clients on all HR related issues, aligning business objectives, with employees, HR and line and top management
- Shall formulate partnerships across all HR functions to deliver value added service to assigned BU / department from management to staff and ensure utilization of effective strategies and processes that drive behaviors for business success
- Shall access and anticipate all HR-related needs, communicating proactively with HR and operating departments and seeks to develop integrated solutions
- Helps in identifying training needs for assigned BU / department
- Analyzes trends and metrics in performance management in partnershop with local HRs to develop solutions, programs and policies, whichever is applicable
- Possess in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance
- Provide HR policy guidelines and interpretation to partner department and liaise with HR or Legal for modifications or alignment
- Perform related functions as assigned by Immediate Superior
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Human Resource Management, Psychology, Behavioral Science or equivalent
- At least five (5) years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Preferably Assistant Manager / Manager specializing Human Resources or equivalent
