- Maintains 201 files of employees
- Prepares clearance of resigned employees and COE
- Employee Relations
- Answer employees' concerns and provide requested information
- Organize and manage new employee orientation and on-boarding process
- Support the day-to-day activities of our Human Resources department.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's Degree Graduate preferably BS/BA Psychology or other related courses
- Excellent in Microsoft Office specializing in Excel and PowerPoint
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
- Working Knowledge in Compensation and Benefits, Labor and Employee relation
- Well versed in all HR facets
- Detail-oriented
- Flexible and reliable and with a can-do attitude
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Able to exhibit high level of confidentiality
- Willing to work onsite in Makati City
