Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Examine and evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of the La Filipina Uy Gongco (LFUG) Group of Companies entire system of internal controls;
- Assess level of compliance to Company policies and procedures, Core Values, and regulatory requirements;
- Determine whether results of administrative, financial and technical activities are consistent with established goals and operations are being carried out as planned;
- Identify activities and transactions that have a significant room for operation optimization and have a substantial monetary impact;
- Appraise the economy and efficiency with which resources are employed and the means of safeguarding assets;
- Ascertain the reliability, integrity, and timeliness of financial and technical reports;
- Collate data thru document review;
- Be informed of applicable laws, regulations, and standard issued by regulatory bodies;
- Conduct on-site inspections and interviews;
- Draft audit report; completely disclose all pertinent information;
- Conduct follow-up audit when necessary; determine the level of response to previous finding (s);
- Ensure that prompt, efficient and effective department services are constantly provided to all affiliates of the entire LFUG Group of Companies;
- Participate in, or conduct evaluations on, financial and management studies, and fraud investigations;
- Maintain utmost objectivity, independence, and confidentiality in the conduct of audit activities and consulting services; ensure safety and confidentiality of information and records.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's degree in Mechnical Engineering;
- Must be a licensed Mechanical Engineer;
- Minimum of two (2) years' experience Plant / Building Construction, Machine Installation and Commissioning, Plant and Equipment Maintenance or Manufacturing Plant Operations;
- Preferably with knowledge in Project Cost estimation and knows how to interpret construction plans/drwaing;
- Tact and assertiveness when dealing with internal customers;
- Detail-orientated individual with the ability to identify salient points when performing the audit;
- Must have good communication skills (written and oral) and excellent interpersonal skills.
