Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Implementing the Tridharma of Higher Education which includes the learning process, research, and community service.
- Carry out various study program activities, both internal and external, such as supervising examinations, participating in committees, and preparing for competitions.
- Planned, implement, and evaluate work programs also budgets based on the study program strategic plan.
- Improving the quality of study programs and graduates to be absorbed in the industry.
- Increasing the competitive advantage of study programs to increase the number of students.
- Build cooperation with industry related to “Project Based Learning” and “Link and Match” in study programs.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Master's degree (S2) in the tourism business
- Have a lecture experience background in MICE subjects minimum of 2 years (become a lecturer, preferably have a structural/ subject/ curiculum coordinator role)
- Preferably have an Academic Career minimum AA (Assistant Professor)
- Have experience managing MICE (Shows, Concerts, Exhibitions, Venues, etc.)
- Have good digital literacy
- Having good communication skills
- Can lead a team
- Can communicate in English both actively and passively
