Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Analysis of trends and matrix in partnership with the functional unit management team to develop solutions, programs, and policies and provide guidance and interpretation
- Develop strategy and implement HR policies and guidelines needed to deliver value to stakeholders and employee
- Implement recruitment & selection processes, develop people to meets the organization needs, appraise their performance, identify talents, determine the talent readiness to meet the organizational challenges and maintain their improvement to fulfill their career path
- Develop systems that create a conducive work environment between the employee, organization, third party and to ensure all HR initiative comply with the government regulations
- Work closely with management to build workforce planning, business process, culture internalization, increase HR Productivity and organizational sustainability
- Delivering HR report and analysis for functional unit management
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Management / Psychology / Law / Business Studies or equivalent from reputable universities
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in full spectrum of HR field or an HRBP
- Solid understanding of HR fundamentals, general business management and government labor regulations
- Have a good analytical ability to identify issues and develop solutions in a timely manner
- Strong communication skill, negotiation skill, multitasking and detail oriented
- Excellent at Ms. Office, such as Excel, Visio, Power Point and other presentation tools
