Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Reviewing all contracts and agreements that related to industrial relations
- Ensure company's adherence to the prevailing industrial law
- Review, maintain and suggest internal legal templates, forms and best practice guidelines
- Maintain relation with external stakeholder that related with labor and industrial practices
- Perform legal industrial implementation research in Kompas Gramedia
- Perform any administration task that support department
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Law from reputable universities
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in Industrial and/or Employee Relation position; Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
- Solid understanding of Indonesian business law and labor regulations
- Have a good analytical ability to identify issues and develop solutions in a timely manner
- Strong communication skill, negotiation skill, multitasking and detail oriented
