Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Managing and overseeing all functions of HR operations, including Learning and Development, Recruitment, Employee Relations and Benefits and Payroll, etc.
- Planning and executing organizational initiatives and formulating internal communication to support business growth.
- Providing suggestions relation to HR practices and acting as an Internal Consultant for labor laws and misconduct.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with both internal and external parties.
- Ensuring that the HR database is accurate and kept up to date and associated data into reports.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Minimum 5+ years work experience in both HRM and HRD function plus experience at least 5 years in senior management level.
- Hands-on experience in HR end-to-end process
- Excellent knowledge in labor laws and HR practices.
- A high level of leadership skills and emotional intelligence, with expertise in encouraging and developing employees.
- Good in planning & organizing, pro-active, results-driven and a can-do attitude.
- Able to work well under pressure and tight deadline.
- Fluent in English
