Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Provides main support and assistance for litigation engagements i.e. coordinating with POCs for follow-up on case status, preparing affidavits, pleadings, annexes, exhibits
- Answers, screens and refers phone calls to party concerned, makes outgoing calls for superiors
- Receives, sorts, and circulates incoming documents
- Assists in preparing reports and correspondences
- Assists lawyers in coordinating with different government offices or agencies
- Prepares and monitors petty cash replenishment, acts as petty cash custodian
- Manages office supplies
- Organizes files and maintains an efficient filing system
Kualifikasi Minimum
- With Bachelor’s Degree in Office Management or other related course
- Preferably with at least six-month legal or admin work experience;
- with critical thinking skills, listening, communication and organizational skills
- can work well under pressure and detail-oriented
- With a high sense of urgency and responsibility
- Willing to work in BGC, Taguig
