Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- The mission of the special attorney is, first and foremost, to represent the office in special cases where and when the principal witness, plaintiff, or defendent is unable to attend to the meeting, whether the meeting be facilitated by Zoom, Microsoft Teams, in person, or any other manner of meeting.
- The special attorney will be assigned specific cases.
- The special attorney will work in tandem, in cooperation, and will collaborate with internal legal teams, as well as external law firms, consultants, and advisory groups.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- The special attorney must have considerable experience as an attorney of law in the Philippines.
- Candidates must present an active license to practice law in the Philippines.
- Only candidates that can exhibit, demonstrate considerable experience and expertise in contract law, intellectual property rights, and law as it pertains to creative works—as well as industrial patents and technology—will be entertained.
- The candidate must demonstrate his or her capabilities within the areas of international business as it pertains to Philippine organizations, as well as international bodies of law that affect international banking, as well as cross-border transactions of all kinds, for and among organizations of all stripes—that are domiciled in the Philippines and beyond.
