Industrial Technician  

• Do priority repair work of compressors, generator, and other related items.
• Rspond to urgent calls for repair within the designated time.
• Do on site repair of compressors, generator and other related items.
• Do 24/7 service repair / check-up of generator, compressor, and other related items.
• Do an accurate diagnosis of compressors, generator and other related items problem and offer the best solution, if in doubt, consult with immediate superior or main office.
  • * Best solution or immediate remedy means one that is less costly for the customer and the Supplier
• Povide an estimation of lead time to finish the repair work.
  • If minor repair work - within 2-3 working days to finished , if major work - within 5-7 working days.
    • Note: This is the ideal lead time but will vary depending on parts availability and other circumstances
• Travel outside areas for generator checkup, estimation, and repair when needed.
• Completely fill out and submit Field Sales Report of repair activity for power tools, compressors, generator, and other related items within the day of visit.
• Be attentive and alert in reporting to immediate superior and to the main office in line with the activity of generator repair.
• Establish good relations with customers to cooperate with maintenance and site repair.
• Explain generator problems in a proper way to customers to avoid blaming the generators for breakdowns.

OTHERS:

• All received reports of units for repair must be properly recorded on logbook and update OIC to be informed on repair schedule.
• Seek approval from OIC regarding daily schedule of repair, delivery, and collection.

• Graduate of Automotive Mechanic/Electromechanical course or any related course.
• 1-3 years of experience in the generator industry is an advantage.
• Has driving skills with Professional driver’s license.
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems.
• Ability to work overtime during regular days and holidays when required.
