Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Maintains employment policies.
- Manages employment tribunal cases.
- Advises the HR team in dealing with employee relations issues and maintaining good relations.
- Spear heads company events and activities
- Assists in selection of training programs that meet company requirements
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate of Psychology, Human Resource Development and Management, Behavioral Science or equivalent.
- At least 2 to 5 years of experinece in Employee Relations.
- Background on Training and Development is an advantage.
- Must have eperience on drafting and issuing disciplinary memos.
- Should be knowlegable in Philippine Labor Laws.
- Has been exposed to spearheading company events.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- With strog initiative and highly motivated.
- Team player but can work under minimal supervision.
