Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Updates and Processes of Employee Benefits – HMO and Group Life Insurance.
- Issues Certificate of Contribution, Processes all employees’ request for SSS Salary Loan, Pag-ibig Multi-purpose Loan.
- Processes all employee’s request for update of records on SSS, Pag-Ibig, Philhealth and BIR.
- Assists employees with their mandatory benefits and company benefits concerns.
- Acts as Company Representative to SSS, Philhealth, HDMF and BIR Offices.
- Ensures that all data on timekeeping reports are accurate and correct at all times.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate of Psychology, Human Resource Development and Management, Behavioral Science or equivalent.
- At least 2 to 5 years of experinece in Compensation and Benefits.
- Background on Payroll and Timekeeping is an advantage.
- Must be knowlegable in SSS, Philhealth, Pagibig and BIR processes.
- Has been exposed to spearheading company events.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Team player but can work under minimal supervision.
