Instructional Designer  

As an Instructional Designer, you will:

• Creating various interactive learning activities and lesson plans to help guide teachers and other instructional staff in the classroom
• Develop diagnostic, formative, and summative assessments aligned to the learning objectives
• Sourcing for resources and other educational materials to enhance the learning experience
• Aligning live classes with practice sheets to assess students’ understanding
• Conduct course analyses and collaborate with the Teaching & Operational Team to continually improve existing curriculum and classroom teaching and learning
• Effectively guide and train teachers or other instructional staff throughout the development and revision process of new programs

You will not design all the subjects (Mathematics, Physics & Chemistry). Which subject you will design will depends on your background, your experience, and your willingness.

It would be great if you

• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia
• Comfortable with the English Language
• Creative & resourceful, able to design engaging and relatable educational assessments for the appropriate audience according to internationally accepted curriculum standards
• Be gritty and willing to work hard and smart to get the job done
• Able to develop a Growth Mindset in others
• Smart with Humility

• You have 2-5 year of teaching/learning design experience and writing measurable learning outcomes, aligned activities, and assessments in STEM subjects
• You have a Bachelor's Degree in STEM Subjects
• You have a Master's Degree in Education, Educational Technology or relevant field is a plus point!
• You have a portfolio of your creative learning activities!
