CoLearn UI/UX Designer  

About Colearn:

Co-Learn was created in 2019 with the goal of making Indonesia competitive on a global scale. We help offline education players go online and create an inviting physical environment that motivates students to study. Learn more about us at https://colearn.id

Responsibilities:

* Design the UI/UX for the Colearn mobile applications and also the web product for IQ education and CoLearn (https://colearn.id)

* Own design problems end to end, from initial concept through shipping and interacting from the feedback

* Create prototypes to solve difficult UX problems

* Identify future opportunities, working as a key thought partner to your counterparts in product and engineering

* Collaborate with remote engineers to build delightful and reliable experiences

* Develop a process to measure quantitative and qualitative feedback and improve designs based on feedback

Qualifications:

* Min 3 years of experience in designing consumer-facing web and mobile apps

* Great taste in design, pays attention to the latest design trends/study cases.

* Strong obsession over the details of visual and motion design

* A portfolio showing your high quality, thoughtful visual and interaction design

Soft Skills:

* Energy / Sense of Humor

* Comfortable with the English Language,
both written and verbal.

* Great communicator and collaborative, have a can-do attitude.

* Curiosity to learn and improve based on feedback given.

* Be willing to work hard and smart to get the job done
