Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Track the operations' progress, writes minutes of the meeting, and create reports as needed
- Coordinate with team leaders and relevant members to gather progress reports, updates and feedback
- Provide key insights, solutions, and improvements to the operations and processes of the company.
- Coordinate and work with the management and team leaders to improve/maintain the efficiency and effectiveness of the company
- Constant follow through on the completion of each department's target deadlines/goals and report to CEO on timely manner
- Assist the CEO with all administration and logistical needs
- Arrange the CEO's schedule and assist on presentations and meetings
- Assist the business team on on-boarding relevant partnerships and investors
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Excellent communication skills
- Solution-oriented, has experience in leading/working with teams and other managers
- Highly analytical and quick-witted
- Approachable but can be firm
- Proficient in making reports and deck/presentations
- Must be updated with different technologies and apps that will be useful in report making and or presentations
- Able to help in facilitating day-to-day operations in the team
- Independent and fast-learner
- Willing to attend to CEO's adhocs from time to time
- Must have 3 to 5 year experience
- Preferably business related course but open to others as long as you have relevant experience
