Duties and responsibilities
- Maintaining current HR Files and database.
- Performs timekeeping/benefit-related reconciliations
- Knowledge on SSS, PHIC, HDMF & BIR reports.
- Schedules examinations and interview by coordinating appointments
- Keeping human resources information confidential
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must possess Bachelor of Science in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Behavioral Science or equivalent.
- At least 6 months- 1-year experienced in Human Resources functions:
- Recruitment, Payroll & Timekeeping, Compensation and Benefits & Performance Management.
- Can work with minimum supervision.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Full-time position available.
- Willing to start immediately
- Willing to work in New Manila - new office location; current office location: Taguig City
- Must be able to work this May 2017
