- Oversees all facets of assigned to ensure compliance to daily production target
- Supervises Production employees - monitoring of workload and productivity , evaluating of performance, recommending of subordinates training and development and approving of work shifts and rotations
- Responsible for manpower and machine capacity planning based on production forecast
- Reponsible for profit and loss balancing, DLC and VOH
