Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Basic Function:
Repsonsible for ensuring the availability of direct and indirect materials to meet production schedule optimizing the inventory level and minimizing the risk of materials exposure against obsolescence and expiration thus achieving lean inventory management
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Running of Material Requirement Planning (MRP) in SAP to create purchase requistions based on the load productions orders and planned orders
- Generation of purchase orders based on the firmed purchase requisitions
- Release of approved purchase orders to the suppliers
- Weekly follow up of delivery
- Coordinates with the scheduler regarding delivery
- Manages parts related issues affecting inventory level
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Preferably with SAP knowledge
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience on buying and negotiation
